I'm new to massage, what should I expect?
Thank you for choosing RG Healing Arts for your bodywork - I truly look forward to connecting with you! Prior to coming in, I will send you an intake form to fill out so I can learn about you to tailor your massage. Upon arrival, we will have a check in so I am able to learn your needs and access a treatment plan for your session. For your session, you should always undress to your comfort level. I am trained to drape the sheets appropriately throughout a session. Breathe, relax, release, even fall asleep - your session is solely about you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
This means if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be financially responsible for your full session amount.
These policies are in place to protect my business. I am paid per session and when a client cancels at the last minute or fails to show up it is unlikely that I will be able to rebook that session. Payment information will be taken when you book on MassageBook via secure payment with Square.

What is your sick policy?
I understand that unanticipated events and emergencies occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Late cancelations due to emergencies or illness will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
I reserve the right to deny service to someone I deem is too ill to receive bodywork. This is in the interest of public safety.
If I am sick and unable to accommodate your scheduled appointment on any given day you will be notified immediately and rescheduled.
I'm running late! What should I do?
Don’t stress if you’re running a little behind. All of my sessions are padded with 15 minutes on either end so we have time to check in, and you receive your full time on the table. If you anticipate your arrival to be more than 15 minutes, please text me as soon as you are able
What form of payment is accepted?
I accept Credit, Debit, or Cash in-person at the end of your appointment, or you are also able to prepay through MassageBook.
Do packages expire?
All packages purchased through my MassageBook site are valid through ONE YEAR after date of purchase.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! You are able to purchase them through MassageBook.
All gift certificates purchased through my MassageBook site are valid through TWO YEARS after date of purchase.
Should I tip?
Kindness, tipping and donation are always appreciated and will be used well.
Do you work on children?
I do not work on clients under 18 years old.
