A note.

In the dark there is always light, even if it’s just a flicker.  I believe it is a choice to see that flicker. More often than not, we do not know we have that choice. Even so, to choose to see the hope can feel wrong, can summon  guilt.

When we are able to find a way out of the dark, out of the  smog , there is a freedom that awaits. The transformation has the potential to be wild, if we allow it to be. But,  it takes courage. It takes commitment, and the dedication to a practice of self care,  because nothing changes overnight.

I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves. I would like to help you find some keys to unlock the doors that can be so tightly guarded.  I would love to help facilitate your process towards being in less pain, more in touch with your body and reaching a happier and healthier you.

Background & Training.

From a young age, holistic health and eastern therapies have been a part of Rachel’s life; influenced by a rich background as an interdisciplinary artist, professional contemporary dancer, and movement director. Following physical injury and the gravity of life’s unexpected loss, Rachel sought out different healers and bodyworkers to help her navigate both her physical and emotional wounds. That journey of self-healing led her to find her purpose to help others in the ways she has been supported. With an informed sense of perspective, empathy, and deeply rooted compassion she is dedicated to empowering her clients to connect more deeply with their body and mind as they grow toward their optimal self.
